“Real impact begins when generosity becomes a responsibility to uplift others.”

Pay IT Forward

For Hong Kong businessman and lifelong philanthropist William Louey, pay it forward is a philosophy that forms the foundation of his charitable actions. He believes in the power that a single good deed has in creating a multiplier effect via the further good deeds of his original beneficiaries.

Suicide Prevention Services

As Hong Kong grapples with an alarming rise in student suicides, the William S.D. Louey Educational Foundation partnered with Suicide Prevention Services (SPS) Hong Kong to launch an urgent and impactful initiative aimed at supporting student mental health.
